MY APPROACH


I recognise and respect that the needs of every individual will always be unique. Therefore, I offer bespoke packages that are tailored specifically to the wants, needs, and intended outcomes of the client. Whether you are seeking Transformational Coaching, health and wellbeing (Yoga / Meditation / Breathwork), or a combination of the aforementioned - I can design a package that is just right for you.

There are usually one of two ways that we can work together:

 

The multi-modal approach:


With this approach, we collaboratively create a combined package of Transformational Coaching with a supporting offering such as yoga, meditation or breath-work.  Working with and integrating the body and the mind can create a powerful environment for growth and change. Being able to work with a multi-modal approach allows clients to embody and ground in the changes that are being made throughout the transformational coaching process. This offering is founded in the belief that the body and mind are not separate, and that they should both be acknowledged and integrated as part of a whole.

The Solo approach: 


Of course, it is not always necessary or the desire of the client to use a mix of modalities, and so each of the options is available as a stand alone offering.
