What to expect

I travel to London twice a week to teach in two different studios - Stretch Studios and CaliFlow. Both of the studios have a high level of teaching quality, and such amazing communities to match! Whether you’re new to your yoga, movement or calisthenics, both of the studios will make you feel very welcome from the moment you step through the door.

Regarding my classes - each week I offer a theme, for instance ‘Balance - Inside and Out’ (Yoga) or ‘Upper Body Stability’ (Calisthenics) that we will explore in each of the relevant classes. I’m a Welcoming, Kind, Fun, Knowledgeable and Experienced teacher,  with the ethos ‘teach people, not postures.’ I modify the class where needed, and come prepared with plenty of regressions and progressions to meet individuals where they are so that they can get what they need from the practice or session. I hope to see you on or off the mat soon!

Dynamic yoga

Expect to move! This could be a strong asana practice or more flowing depending on the teacher and the needs of the students present. The teachers are given the space to allow spontaneity – after all, yoga can only ever happen when live. Open to all levels.

CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics is a form of strength and power training using only bodyweight and gravity to increase fitness. In this class we’ll master these bad boys: dips, push-ups, pull-up foundations, L-sits, hollow body holds, plank and hollow body progressions, and support holds.

dYNAMIC yOGA (eXPERIENCED)

Expect to move (and work a little harder than usual)! This could be a strong asana practice or more flowing depending on the teacher and the needs of the students present. The teachers are given the space to allow spontaneity – after all, yoga can only ever happen when live. Experienced Dynamic is just that, a practice for people who know their way around a yoga mat and are looking to dive a little deeper, whether it be on blocks, with straps or into Tittibhasana.

HANDSTANDS

The name says it all. Go down the rabbit hole of hand-balancing. For those looking to learn and improve their handstand, this fun and engaging class will take you from tentative kicks to arrow straight handstand.
