Bear or Floating Table top is a drill for building foundational strength & stability for pretty much any Arm & Hand Balance. It is very useful for teaching muscular recruitment and engagement when in Protracted positions (Rounding or doming between the shoulder blades).
This may seem like a very basic drill - but it is also highly effective!
