The aim of this workshop is to bring a deeper understanding of the physiology and anatomy of our inversions. Through practical experience and various drills, this workshop will take you into the alignment required in each inversion, the mobility and flexibility required in each inversion, and also how to find our balance when we find ourselves inverted. This workshop is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners, to more intermediate / advanced practitioners.
