Michael James Wong is an Inspirational Speaker, Author, Meditator, Global Yogi & Wellness Warrior who is recognised around the world as a leading voice in the global wellness movement for yoga, meditation & modern mindfulness.
He will be teaching a number of classes accross the weekend, amongst a line up of highly respected teachers and practitioners.

The aim of this workshop is to bring everything together from the previous two workshops - and then to experiment with taking it a step further. After we begin to understand the practice of inversions - we can then begin to incorporate them into all sorts of fun dynamic practices. This workshop offers various drills to help us on our journey to floating and pressing into our inversions. This workshop is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners, to more intermediate / advanced practitioners.

The aim of this workshop is to bring a deeper understanding of the physiology and anatomy of our inversions. Through practical experience and various drills, this workshop will take you into the alignment required in each inversion, the mobility and flexibility required in each inversion, and also how to find our balance when we find ourselves inverted.
